When choosing the right venue for your event, location is the main way to narrow down your search results. You may be considering a venue within a reasonable distance from most attendees’ homes or places of work, or close to a train station. If your guests will be travelling from overseas, then maybe it is vital to consider a hotel near an airport. The Rembrandt hotel can offer all of the above as you can hop on the Tube at South Kensington (a five minute walk away) and take the District, Circle or Piccadilly lines direct to the City of London, Heathrow Airport and all other areas of the city. Guests can stay over afterwards in our 194 comfortable bedrooms, or head home safely thanks to excellent public transport links. The concierge can also arrange a taxi service.

Finding the perfect size venue can be tricky. After having a rough idea of what activities you’ll be putting in place, the amenities you’ll require and the needs of your team or guests, the size of your venue would be easier to find. At The Rembrandt we have a total of six individual suites which can be accustomed to your type of event. Each suite is elegantly decorated with hints to the hotel’s Edwardian history. Each suite can host a range of different events for business and leisure. Whether you are looking for a venue for an executive board meeting, training seminar, birthday party or creative team challenge for up to 200 guests, The Rembrandt will give you the opportunity to host the perfect event.
Finding the venue that could comfortably hold all of your guests is essential. Our beautiful Edwardian suites combine to create two large banqueting halls, Kings Suite and Queens Suite. Kings Suite has a maximum capacity of 200 guests for a reception or indoor team building activities. If you are looking for a more intimate meeting, we can offer you the Executive Boardroom, located in a quiet area of the hotel and perfect for meetings up to 14 delegates. Meetings at The Rembrandt can be provided with free Wi-Fi, flipchart, LCD projector, stationery, still and sparkling water, and tea and coffee if required and much more.
Being an organizer of an event, it is your job to make sure everyone will be able to access the building and its amenities. Get an understanding of each of your guests and be aware if they need special consideration when booking a venue. At The Rembrandt, we have you covered. We have wheelchair access into the building as well as two accessible rooms which are wheelchair friendly. A wheelchair lift is available to help access and exit the hotel. Hearing impaired guests can request a room with a pillow alarm and flashing fire alarm light. We have a loop system inside lifts for hearing aid users and offer subtitles on TV’s. Guide dogs are also welcome.
